Quem Somos
A CAL-FAC é uma empresa criada em 1995 que tem a sorte de ter na sua formação, a vivência do projeto estrutural convencional, pré-fabricado estrutural e arquitetônico.
Seus componentes tiveram também a vivência em indústrias de pré-fabricados destas áreas, tendo portanto uma visão prática das condicionantes desde a concepção ao final da obra, respeitando sempre a visão dos Arquitetos.

Carlos Franco 54, é Engenheiro Civil e Engenheiro de Estruturas, formado em 1985 pela Escola de Engenharia da Universidade Mackenzie. Atuou por mais de 16 anos no Escritório Técnico Julio Kassoy e Mário Franco, atingindo a posição de Engenheiro Coordenador. |
Who are we:
CAL-FAC is a company created in 1995. It is fortunate to have in its formation, the experience in conventional structural design, prefabricated structural and architectural.
Its components also had the experience in prefabricated industries of these areas, thus having a practical view of the conditioners from conception to the end of the work, always respecting the view of the Architects.
Below we point out our director´s experience:
Carlos Franco 54, is Civil Engineer and Structural Engineer, graduated in 1985 by the School of Engineering of Universidade Mackenzie. He worked for more than 16 years in the Technical Office Julio Kassoy and Mário Franco, reaching the position of Coorddinator Engineer.
He has an MBA from the FIA - Foundation Institute of Administration in Business Management and International Trade, with extension at Université Grenoble Alpes - FRANCE - 2016 2017
He completed the Extension in Industrial Administration of the Vanzolini Foundation from 1993 to 1995.
Served as Technical Advisor at PAVI of BRAZIL, pre-manufacturing Technology and Services in the field of industrialized construction and in the employment of GFRC from 2001 to 2002
He was Project Manager and Technical Manager at the "STAMP" Architectural Panels where he coordinated several works, and participated in several technological development projects, from 2003 to 2005, including the Canadian "BÉTONS PREFABRIQUÉS DU LAC".
